Application Features:

The special structure of the DifferentialShaft consisting of several sets of slip rings, has the advantages of low tension and good adjustability.During operation,the slip rings are controlled to slip with a certain sliding torque, allowing for constant tension winding, thus accurately controlling the tension of each roll of material and guaranteeing the quality of the curl.
The Nishimura type double air circuit roller and rubbing shaft can be used with two shafts in onemachine, with high rewinding speed and high load capacity. Suitable for high tensile materials such as poles or diaphragms.With unloading ball for easy operation.
