Brake and clutch are controlled independently, after exhausting air
pressure, released by return springs. Power input via driving disc, and
output via shaft. Flange and torque stop rod will prevent air chamber
from connecting rotation.
HACB has three kinds of working status:
1. Link status
Supply air pressure to clutch, clutch linked. Exhaust brake air supply,
brake released, power input via driving disc, and output via shaft.
2. Brake status
Supply air pressure to clutch and brake, clutch linked and brake braked, so as to brake load end or prevent load end from rotating.
3. Idle status
Exhaust clutch and brake air pressure, clutch and brake released, shaft
and load end run against resistance by inertia until stop.
